I had an amazing experience this week at Envy Wax Bar! Only one word needs to be used to describe Julie. Professional! The area was clean, the service was fast and she did an amazing job. I left there feeling like I made a new best friend, and this was my first time!! Highly Recommend!!
Julie was very professional and personable. She totally made me feel at ease and not uncomfortable. The area where she works was extremely clean & neat and all her equipment was well taken care of. She takes great pride in her work and loves what she does and it shows!
Would have loved to experience what all the 5 star reviews have been saying if I wasn't turned away because I was 5 minutes late. The road conditions were bad and I got held up by a train on the way to my appointment. I thought I would be courteous to let Julie know that I was still coming but would be a few minutes late. She then told me that she would either have to cancel or only do a part of my appointment and have me come back to finish what wasn't able to be done. Who wants to drive a total of an hour for 3 seperate services that could easily be done in one appointment?! So of course I opted to cancel. I'm not one to complain publicly like this but after having to drive 30 minutes just to pretty much be told "don't bother coming" got me pretty upset, especially when I was only a few minutes away from her house. Does 5 minutes really make that much of a difference where it's going to throw off your entire schedule?? I'm sure she does a great job but if you book with her, make sure you're not a minute late or she may just try to blow you off. Very disappointing. I would try a little harder on the customer service if I were her, especially if she expects people to drive that far to see herEDIT: AFTER WRITING THIS EXACT REVIEW ON THE FACEBOOK PAGE FOR THIS BUSINESS IT HAS BEEN DELETED.
